The ego wants to want, more than it wants to have… This is why that feeling that empty feeling that you have like there is something missing, will never be filled. Or will it??
I am listening to Eckhart Tolle’s “A new Earth” for the 4th time I think and this time I heard this sentence about the wanting and having and decided to write about that today.
Many people I work with in both my coaching as well as internet and network marketing are very much focused on the fact that there is something missing, but when they get that thing/person/situation that is missing… THEN they will be happy.
Some examples:
- When you clean your room, then I will be happy
- When I can buy that car, then I will be happy
- When we are married, then I (some people even say WE) will be happy
- When I have a downline of 5000 people and make 100000 per month, THEN I will be happy
- When I can be myself, then I will be happy
And so on, and so on
Of course, you can replace the word “happy” with several things like: “a leader”, “satisfied”
Of course my blog is mainly about being a leader and teaching people how to build a business online. So why am I writing about this you think?
There are several reasons, the main reason being that happines is one of the most important aspects in being a leader. When you are looking for happines in things and situations and in the meanwhile you are trying to help people build their business it will not work. First of all, because most of those people are also looking for something to make them happy.
So, todays lesson is: BE HAPPY!! By being happy, accepting all you have and don’t have and be grateful for the things you have and lead people from that state of mind.

This post seems to recieve a large ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It offers a nice unique spin on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to post about is the most important factor.
